Method	Details
Through the Internet: using Visa or Mastercard or American Express.	Click HERE for this option. NOTE: Over the Internet, Tapestry is sold in complete Year Plans or in separate Units. A "Complete" Classic Tapestry Year-Plan includes BASE plus four units and a Reproducibles CD-ROM. Complete Tapestry: Redesigned Year-Plans include four units and access to the Loom. We also sell optional supplementary materials and books.
By telephone: you may call us immediately at 1-800-705-7487.	Our message machine is always on, and you may leave pertinent information and we will place your order and we will return your call to take your order. Or, talk to one of our friendly staff members from 10 AM-4 PM (Eastern), Monday through Friday, except on major holidays or when Lampstand Press is closed. If using our message machine, include the following important information: Your name (spell difficult names for clarity, please) Your phone number (in case we have any questions) Your email address if possible If ordering for a co-op, you will need to speak to one of our staff. Please have ready the names, addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers of all co-op participants, and be sure to ask about Share & $ave affiliate program! If ordering for an international order, please call for a shipping quote. APO type orders are an exception. Your shipping charges are $7.50/year plan ordered.
Use our printable order form (available today after 4 PM Eastern)	You may pay via credit card or personal check or money order. We no longer support fax technology. All orders should be placed by phone, email, or mail. If paying by check or money order, please enclose our order form and your payment and mail to our address.

Please be sure to indicate on your order form or phone message:

Your phone number, which we use only to contact you in case of questions or problems with your order.
Your email address! We sometimes experience delays, or problems with your order. We also sometimes send out notices of important information for all users. We NEVER WILL sell your address to ANYONE. If you include your email address, problems can be more quickly and easily resolved.

VENDORS: Tapestry is not marketed to vendors interested in resale opportunities at this time.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS:

All products ordered through these forms carry a "no questions; money back" guarantee for 30 days from receipt of shipment. Receipt date (for purposes of clarity) will be determined by UPS estimates of normal days allowed for type of shipment used. (Example: UPS Ground shipping map shows 1 day to PA via UPS Ground. Tapestry mailed on July 1. Receipt date for purposes of figuring 30 day return policy: July 2.) Please pack returns carefully! Merchandise must be in new, saleable condition (as determined by us) for a full refund. If you have any questions or concerns regarding returning your material, please call us and we'll be happy to work with you.

Here are our flat rates: please note that these only applied to orders that are mailed in. Internet or phone orders may be charged a dynamic rate (determined by weight, method, and distance).
IMPORTANT: These rates only apply to a year plan and optional products. Book orders will be charged according to dynamic shipping rates (determined by weight, method, and distance). It is important that you call for an accurate quote when filling out your order form(s). If insufficient shipping is included, we may have to delay your order until we can obtain the additional funds.

Most orders will arrive within a week of receipt of your order.
Occasionally, we close Lampstand Press for vacations and conferencing. Please click here to check our calendar when ordering.
We ship to APO AE/AP addresses via USPS Priority Mail for $7.50 per year plan.
We ship to AK and HI using USPS book rate. Your order will take 2-3 weeks to arrive via this method. If you wish to receive your order via USPS Priority Mail to AK or HI only, shipping charges are $20.00.
For Canadian orders, we will ship surface rate via USPS (this rate is the same in the chart above), which may take 4-6 weeks to arrive. If you wish us to ship airmail, shipping charges for your order are $20.00.
For overseas orders (a single year plan, plus supplementary material such as tab dividers, map aids, etc up to $200 retail value) we charge either surface rate ($30.00), which takes 4-6 weeks or air rate ($60.00), which takes 4-10 days.
Please contact us for shipping quotes on all orders shipping outside of the United States in excess of $200 retail value.

Please know that Tapestry of Grace is one family's home business, and you are guaranteed to find typos in your materials. We are doing our best to improve with every edition and every printing, but please be patient with us as we grow!
