By studying the intertwined threads of history,
literature, geography and church history, we see God’s plan more
clearly, and can find our place in it.
By understanding God’s plan, we develop a
biblical
world view.
By means of writing, hands on projects, science
readings, time line and vocabulary studies, we remember better and we
prepare ourselves to communicate the gospel and to contribute to God’s
work on His tapestry of grace!
It can be done!
A group of eight families
in Maryland began teaching their children just like this in September of
1998, and their experience, as well as the experience of several
"spin off" groups over the last two and a half years, has proven
that you can teach all of this, and more! It really is possible to
integrate K-Mom home schooling around the study of history.
