Limited License for Home Network Use

Your Network Version License Agreement with Lampstand Press authorizes you to install the Software on additional computers in your home for the regular use of you and your nuclear family (husband, wife, your children, and any other minor children lawfully living within your home). "Computers in your home" include laptops and other portable computers that are exclusively used by members of the nuclear family.

To activate your network version, please provide the following information:

Computer 1 — primary user
Computer 2 — primary user
Computer 3 — primary user
Computer 4 — primary user

	Total number of computers regularly used in the home for education
	By initialing this box, I indicate that I understand with and agree to the condition that all computers using this license to this software must be physically present in my home.
	By initialing this box, I indicate that I understand and agree that the Software is for the regular use of me, my own nuclear family, and children lawfully residing in my home.
	By initialing this box, I indicate that I understand with and agree that use of the Software or printed copies of the content of the Software by any other person as a regular part of education required by law violates my agreement with Lampstand Press and constitutes theft of copyrighted property.
