Download Center

1. Click the "Email me a new password" link at the bottom of this page.
2. Type in your email address and click the "submit" button.
3. When you see the message "A new password has been sent to your email address," close out of that tab or window and return to the Download Center.
4. Check your email and make a note of the new password.
5. Type in the email address and the new password and continue.
