Refresh your
License in one of these three ways (you'll know that you succeeded when you see the message, "Thank you! You have successfully registered your computer"):
- You can log in into your Store account, click on "My Account" on the navigation bar, and click on the gray button that reads "Click here to get or refresh your LockLizard License."
- If you have stored your License somewhere on your computer and know where it is (the file will end in .llv), you can simply double-click on it.
- Can't find your license at the Store or on your computer? Email Customer Service and we will send it to you as an email attachment.
