Problem printing maps from Y4 MapAids DE

I am having trouble printing the complete maps. About 1/4 inch is missing from all sides. I didn't have this problem before, even with Y3 Redesigned maps on the website. What is the correct setting for printing the maps?

On my mac I have to use "US Letter", under "Page Setup". Not sure if it would be the same for a pc. Also, if you find that other items (i.e. SAPs) print from DE without page numbers, use the same US Letter setting, or whatever setting you find that works. I believe it's the same problem with both.

I had a "live chat" session with Ray last week, needed to unravel a whole host of snags. He was SO helpful and answered all of my questions. Also, Sarah at Customer Service spent nearly 30 minutes with me prior to my chat with Ray... these people are here to help us and I'd give them all a medal if I could http://tapestryofgrace.groupee.net/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

I was having the same problem - on two different printers. Then I saw a box in the print dialog box that says "Fit contents to page". I checked that, and now it works fine. It also seems to remember that choice. I guess it reset from last year. I hope that works for you, too.
