Has anyone switched from Shurley to EG or another program? [Archive]

We will be using TOG for the first time this fall. My 10yo dd will be in UG, and we have been hs'ing for two years now. Up until this point, we have been using Shurley Grammar. It is very teacher intensive and it seems like a better fit for a classroom than just one little girl, so I am ready to use something else. I've looked at EG on this website and am considering it. Do you think it would be an easy transition? She has already been classifying sentences, and understands a good share (but not all) of the eight parts of speech.

Unlike math http://tapestryofgrace.groupee.net/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif, we've never had any trouble switching from one grammar program to another. My dc did fine with the transition from Shurley to EG.
