The RAP show to read Chapter 13 to the end of the book, but I think it should say Chapters 13 - 15. After chapter 15 is a chronology, followed by the full text of the "Booze Sermon". There are no questions or discussion points related to the sermon, so it seems it wasn't meant to be read. It would be a good optional thing to read for discussion, however.
