Pop Quiz disc problem

Hi,
For over a year now, I've been putting the Pop Quiz disc files onto my iPod so I can listen while I run.

Last week, I was able to load weeks 1-6 of Yr 1 but nothing after that.

The message said:
"The disk could not be read from or written to."

Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue?

I'm not really sure. Is your CD scratched?

No, not at all. In fact, I had just taken it out of the package for the first time.
