Do you need to buy an LA program for LG and UG?

I'm sorry I'm just getting around to answering your question; for some reason I simply didn't see it!
Phonics is not included in TOG, so if you count that as part of an LA program, then you can purchase it elsewhere. Also, you will need spelling and handwriting, both of which Bookshelf Central sells.
