How to start Co-op

I would love to hear how you started your vitual co-op. A group os us just started using Tapestry in eastern NY/CT and were looking into starting one.

What year are you going to be using? I am working on a Yr. 2 virtual co-op. I have gathered a good bit of information in the past few days. I am happy to share if you are on a different year or have you look at joining this forming group if it works for you.
