The Story of Philosophy book

I see this book called for only one time in week 21 and then only 3 pages but it is the only worldview assignment that week. I'm trying to get ready to order books for unit 3 and this book is $12. I don't see it listed in the resource list either. I'm thinking it must not be a very important resource. Is it called for in other places or other years?

Yes. I am using year 2 (redesign) and it is used many weeks. I don't know how much it is used in other years.

I'm using Classic. Could that be the difference? I see only that one week where the book is assigned and as I said it is only 3 pages.

Story of Philosophy is used many weeks in yr 2 Classic in the Dialectic level.

I don't understand. I have gone through every weeks' reading assignment sheets 3 times and that book is only listed on the dialectic column for week 21. I have been through the resource list 3 times as well and it isn't listed there in either the general resources or in the list for each week, even week 21. What is up?

I think I get it now. You are all referring to Y2. I am asking specifically about whether to order the book for Y3.
