For mom's working binder, what is pocket pages and pocket folders and are they referring to the same thing? I'm confused.

Yes, I think they do. I think they mean these things:

Hi,
I believe that "folder" and "pages" are both referring to the same thing. The idea is to have some pockets in the front of your Working Binder.
