Confused Redesign, classic ?? And Loom.

Ok, here is my question. When you order Tog, so you get to select if you want classic or redesign or is it that redesign is the latest version and classic is not longer available?

I was wanting to order the first unit of year one just to see how it works and if it is something that works well with our family before committing to the whole year.

Does that mean I have to order redesign? because from what I am reading, I think I would prefer classic.

Also, if I order the print version of unit 1, does that come with the Loom on CD? Do I get just the unit one part of the Loom so that if I wind up ordering all 4 units one at a time I will have to have 4 different CDs for the loom or does one CD work for the whole year even if I order the units one at a time?

I am still pretty confused about how Tog works and trying to get my head wrapped around it.

TOG Classic is no longer available from Lampstand Press. If you want to order NEW, your choice is Redesigned -- in either PRINT, PRINT/DE, or DE only.

You can choose from Year 1 or Year 2...

If you order TOG by the unit, you will only get the Loom that pertains to that unit.

On the CD part, I am pretty sure if you order one unit at a time, you will get four Loom discs, one for each unit.

What is it that makes you prefer classic? Having used both, I have to say that the redesign has everything classic has, but more, and it's easier to use.
