I'm interested in using this as alternative reading for my D level student this year. Has anyone done this, and if so, is there an existing list somewhere of pages that correspond with the weekly lessons plans?

Thanks in advance for your input.

    Hi Lucinda,

I notice no one has responded to your question about Kingfisher Illustrated History of the World. I do not know of a list of weekly readings, but I love this book. I bought it years ago, before I found ToG. I have used it with UG/D level since switching to ToG. Basically I use the dates given for the timeline on page 6 each week (weekly overview) and add-lib from week to week because there is some overlap in the timeline dates. It is really nice as it includes other areas of the world, not just western civilization.

    Hope this helps,

I am adding it in as well. I have both the white and red Kingfisher History Encyclopedias.
