Hi! My name is Cynthia. My husband and I live in Alaska with our 4 children (dd14, dd13, dd6, ds2). I have looked at TOG for over 3 years but finally had the chance to try it when a friend gave me Years 1-3 of her Classic. So I dived right in and it has been a perfect fit. (Although I did upgrade to DE which has been awesome!)I continue to be amazed and how much work has gone into this material.

We are using Year 2 DE and will finish Unit 2 this school year. We will move onto Units 3/4 and Year 3 Units 1/2 next year.

We are doing year 2 also - our second year with TOG. And, btw, I am teaching a class about the Iditarod Race to students in our homeschool group! The more I read about Alaska, the more I would love to visit there! And of course, it has been fascinating following the race. Have you been able to observe any parts of it?

I saw the start of it one time when I was a girl but have not seen it in recent years.

Alaska is a great place to live. We were gone for 8 years and we missed it badly.
