I am a print only user of Redesign and wondered if you would consider putting Supplement 11 (the list of countries or states and capitals to memorize)up and maybe including it for others in the future in the bundle of student activity pages and other supplements?

I'd like to print it out for my D student since the list is not included in his weekly SAPs AND I'd like to print it out for me to use as a cheat sheet.

I'd be fine with it being in lock lizard if the lizard will let me, print user, open it. I've avoided the lizard, but I am willing to deal with him if needed to get this supplement in a printable form. I would prefer to have it in PDF as that would allow me to copy and paste it and maybe create some flash cards.
