(Digital Edition) Most of the time I don't really dig into the TG discussion questions & answers, so this may not be unusual; but the questions and answers in the Teacher's guide in Week 2 do not match up with the questions on the Student's Activity pages. Are these errors, or is it usual for them to not really be directly related to each other?

Also, I noticed that the Teacher's Notes are not listed in the "Bookmarks" side of the page, which it usually does.
