childs history of the world

greetings,

Looking to see if anyone has a list of chapters from A Child's History of the World that matches up to the week plan in Tapestry yr2. This was offered in yr1 under history on the Tapestry site, but is not listed for year 2. We used it last year as an addition to the usual reading and really enjoyed it. Please let me know were I could find the list if available.
