Inventors Project Week 3 (UG)

My UG son is working on a report of Samuel Colt and the Colt Revolver. There are no books in the library, though I downloaded an article from the web. It is not on the level of a 5th grader. When you do a project like this, how do you do it???

Here is what we do. To find the invention we want to make we go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/T..._historic_inventions

Then we go back to google and search, "make a ____" in your case it would be revolver. I did this and found this website, www.rotteneggsx.com/r3/show/se/27235.html

It is how to make a revolver out of a cap gun.

We resort to drawing pictures or just doing a small display board. We take the topics and modify them to suit our time, energy-to-give, and resources. Hope this helps!
