Readings in Poetics?

I have a R student, and i've been giving him the reading assignments - today it says "readings in poetics" and i have no idea what he's supposed to be reading. I think before the general topics were mentioned, but i have no clue, my house is for sale and we have two showings today, i'm so ready to be done, but i'd like to not skip these readings - any idea of where he should be reading? Otherwise i will just make him read the whole thing (jk - kinda)
