I'm a bit confused in the voting at the end of COV. It sounded like each of the 5 people (groups) would have 10 tokens. That would make 50 tokens altogether. Under the scoring it said that 10 tokens would be at least a 1/3 of the total. I'm not seeing how it works. I'm probably missing something very obvious!!

If I understand it correctly, each "issue" (three major issues are listed on p. 5 of the supplement) needs 10 tokens, for a total of 30 tokens.
Just this week I had another user send me some tokens in pdf files. If you'd like these, please send me an email, and I'll forward them to you. I'll eventually get them posted to the website, but meanwhile, just drop me an email saying you'd like them.
