For our Egyptian salt map, I just used a map out of the Ancient World spines. But none of them had a topographic map for Mesopotamia (odd, no?). So I spent a lot of time searching. And the ToG history tab didn't have a really clear map either (there was one, but it wasn't detailed enough topographically to base a salt map on). I finally ended up using a map I found at atlapedia.com but I still wasn't thrilled. I intend to come back around to this in 4 or 5 years and really wanted to have all this printed out ahead of time. What maps did other people use?
