Not sure where to post this but am wondering some things regarding how the constitution will be presented after reading the title of one of the books for #3. In what way will you be presenting that the constitution is living? I wonder if you have thought about using The 5000 Year Leap to present the founding father's viewpoint of our constitution?

I would also like to suggest two fantastic books regarding fascism and the Great Depression. The are Amity Shlaes's book The Forgotten Man: A New History of the Great Depression and Jonah Goldberg's book: Liberal Fascism: The Secret History of the American Left from Mussolini to the Politics of Meaning

As the first Executive Director of the Center for Original Intent, with seven Supreme Court amicus briefs under my belt that argue that the Suprem Court should apply the Constitution as it was written and ratified, I couldn't agree with you more!

The problem is that we can't control what authors call their books... the best book we could find for that age group has a HIDEOUS title. The content is actually pretty good.

I just wanted to second your recommendation of Jonah Goldberg's Liberal Fascism. I added that for my R daughter to read when we did year 4 for her senior year, last year.
