Could you tell me if any of you are using Easy Grammar as a unit study? I have four kids, 2nd through 6th grade, and would like to do as many subjects in a unit format as I can.

    Thanks,

    Kristin

You might be able to do this (although I'm having a hard time wrapping my mind around a grammar unit study).

You can do it with the materials third grade and above. Easy Grammar teaches big topics like preopositions in the same order from level to level, but with more depth with older children. I imagine you could sit down and coordinate this so the your younger students and older students can do this together.

However, Easy Grammar can be self-teaching. A bit depends on the child, but my oldest started with level 5 at 11 and was quickly working on his own. So using it as a unit study might make for more work for you.
