Thread: Order process through Pay Pal not working

    I just tried to place an order using Pay Pal and it threw me into a loop. It would go from TOG step 2 to Pay Pal to TOG to Pay Pal, etc. This was in Chrome. I switched to FireFox and placed my order with a credit card and it worked just fine.

    I did not receive any notifications from TOG or Pay Pal that the looped orders went through. So hopefully they did not.

    Unfortunately, PayPal does sometimes end up in loops, and it's not always even the browser, but PayPal itself. We're happy to offer PayPal as a service to our customers, but to be honest, it's not always the easiest to work with. Since they're a separate company, we don't have a great deal of control over their technical difficulties. For future reference, if PayPal is ever causing trouble during an order, a customer can either a) just place the order with a credit card, or b) call us (during office hours) and we can take a PayPal payment over the phone to avoid the loop.
    Also, just to verify, if you do not get to the "thank you for your order!" confirmation page during checkout, then you weren't charged.

    I had the same problem last week, and I was wondering why I never got my package. LOL You must be quicker than me...I didn't even notice.
