    Hi Nadine,
Ah, that may explain the problem! Since you made your purchase, we have made some changes to our process and you will need to be entered into the system manually. Please contact our customer service department via phone to get this set up.

    Blessings,

    Thank you Dana and Pat,

Pat the "look up old/phone orders" did not work for me so I guess I will have to call like Dana said.

Pat, the whole sorting in Excel is taken care of by my husband the Excel wizard. Somehow with his knowledge and tricks he gets it work. I am blessed.

I pray that both of you have a wonderful day.

I still just don't get it. I called the company, and they called me back and said my account was "set up" (because I bought this year used, they had to "add" it to my account.)
I have re-tried the link someone posted here, am signed in to the "Store" and looked in Bookshelf Central, and I cannot find a list of Year 1 books that includes which specific weeks a book is used. The Lampstand Press page has the list with asterisks in the column "weeks".

    Irene,

    This is what I did:

    1. open up my DE year plan.
    2. Click "resource list" from the main menu screen of DE. It's on the right side.
    3. After the main screen of DE opens, I sign into the Lampstand Press store with my credentials.
    4. I then went back to the DE main page and clicked on "resource list" again.
    5. Now, I can choose from the resource list bar. After making all my choices, the screen below the resource list bar displays the resources' title, author, weeks used, level, subject and units.

I hope this step by step is helpful for you

Alane, thank you so much for your time.

I don't have the DE, I have the print edition which I bought from another lady.

Wow, I just tried one more time and found a completely different view of the list-making bar, one I've never see before, and this time it created the list for me. Thanks & sorry for causing so much trouble.
