Really? No one uses TOG in MN??

Hi there,
I "introduced myself" here over a week ago asking if anyone uses TOG in MN, but no one responded. Is it really true that I would actually be the only one using TOG in MN? Wondering....

I'm thinking that summer vacations combined with this 4th of July holiday means the board may be pretty quiet for a few days.

I just conducted a quick and dirty search of the entire board for "MN" (Select Find, then Keyword Search, and uncheck Search current forum only, then hit the GO button) and over 40 entries showed up. Your fellow Minnesotan here.

Sorry, I missed your post. We're in MN, too. We're near the TC. We're going to begin TOG Y3 in August.

I'm Ruth and we have an UG daughter and an UG/D son. We will start year 2 in the fall.

Word is spreading fast in our area about TOG, yeah!!

I am using TOG in the fall for the first time. We are newbies and I'm actually in the process of ordering our reading material. I live a little north of Cambridge and have dd 11yrs. ds 13 yrs. How many years have you been using TOG?

We live in St. Michael (NW of Minneapolis). We're going to begin TOG Y3. It'll be our 3rd year. We've been homeschooling 10 years now. I've loved that TOG has done so much of the leg work that I used to do. We attend Bethlehem Baptist. We are involved in a church plant in the Rogers area beginning July 15th on Sunday mornings.

My kids are 15, 13, 10, 8, 7, 5, 4, 2, 10 months. We have birthday season coming up in August (4) and September (1), so the ages will be changing soon.

Our daughters are close in age, but we are in the north metro. I have been lurking here and have not made my introduction yet. This would be our 1st yr with TOG, starting with Yr1 Redesigned.
I've heard that there are TOG-users in the South Metro, but I don't know anyone in particular.
Are you part of the SouthMetro Yahoo group? That would be a good place to find out.

Thank you everyone for your replies. I'm new to this computer chatting stuff so I'm not sure if I'm replying to all of you correctly, but thanks. I will keep my hopes up and hope to run into those who would like to get together for TOG activities, etc.
