I purchased Year 2 on this website and had the internet access to the Loom transferred to my name, which I have been using! I was assuming that I would get the Loom cd soon, but I have not gotten it yet. Is there anything that Ishould do?

Hmm, for whatever reason I'm not seeing the original name of the person you purchased Y2 from, which is why it never got sent to you. Can you email custserv@lampstandpress.com the name, so we can finish transferring the info to your name and get the Loom CD out to you?
