Is Year 3 Dialectic Literature High School work?

My daughter will be in 9th grade Fall 2011. She has done Years 1 & 2 Literature at the Dialectic level. Is Year 3 Dialectic Literature considered High School level work? Sadly she won’t have time to do Year 3 at the Rhetoric Literature level unless we do it next year. For some reason I’m not as concerned about this in regard to History.

Again, is Year 3 Dialectic Literature considered High School work?

I think that the Year 3 D level literature could easily count as 9th grade level literature. I wouldn't call it honors or anything, but it will do. You could consider mixing in some of the R level books that are more accessible like Pride and Prejudice.
