Thread: Model of Arc de Triomphe

  1. #1
Does anyone have any great resources/ideas for having UG children build a model of the Arc de Triomphe? The paper model in the links is a little much for them, so I'm looking to make it simpler, less detail, etc. Please let me know if you've got anything!
    thanks.

    Hi,
Have you considered cutting out cardboard shapes for them to glue together? I can also envision having the student make the shapes out of clay and sketch designs in with a toothpick.

Hope this gives you a couple of more ideas.

You could also do a very basic model with legos. It wouldn't have a lot of the detail, but I think you could get the shape.
