Update Unit 4 Countries & Capitals List

My dd has a request -- she has been busy memorizing the countries per the schedule outlined in the unit 4 intro. She was thrown for a loop when she encountered Kosovo in a world geography game we played. "It wasn't on my list of countries to memorize, Mom!" She'd like to humbly request that in future updates you add it to the master lists. Of course, she just started week 33 this morning and saw that Kosovo is in this week's mapping assignment so she sees how it came about.
