Getting a "ding" everytime I scroll through R pages in Locklizard

I am getting a "ding" everytime I scroll through R pages in Locklizard. It doesn't ding at me for any other level. It is quite annoying to hear ding, ding ding over and again while reading teachers notes etc.

    Any ideas?

I have the newest version of locklizard, the newest version of firefox.

    Any help?

    Hello PinkyInOK!

I've not heard of this problem before so I'm not sure how you would go about fixing it, but if you can tell me which operating system and version you're using (Windows/Mac) then I'll get in contact with LockLizard support and see if they have any more information.

    Sheila,

I will get a lot of "dings" sometimes as well. It's not every time nor is it consistent. Sometimes, I think LockLizard just needs to catch up. Also, I've noticed that if I close whatever DE doc I'm in and re-open it, sometimes the dinging will go away. As I said, it's not consistent. The good news, since it's not consistent, is that it doesn't happen every time with every document.

For what it's worth, it happens on my Windows 7.0 pc with Internet Explorer and it happens on my Windows Vista laptop with Firefox. It's a LockLizard thing. (Just like the issue I've always had when I search a document, close the search box, then try to close the document. I always, always get an error message and have to force the doc to close. I've repeatedly reported it to LockLizard. It never happens if I don't do a search -- only after a search. LockLizard is necessary but "evil," IMHO!)

    Hope your dings go away!

    Thanks Monica! Thanks Alex!
Well, the good/bad news is my laptop harddrive died, so we are now on a new laptop. I have not installed locklizard or TOG yet, - hopefully it won't happen with this install!
