IF YOU CANNOT ACCESS THE YEAR 3 LOOM AND HAVE PURCHASED REDESIGNED YEAR 3, PLEASE FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING STEPS:
1.  Join our forums through Groupee.  To sign up, go to "Together" at the top of most pages of this website.  Click on "the forum" in the green horizontal toolbar, and it will lead you through the sign-up process.
2.  After you have joined Groupee, send an email to our customer service department at custserv@lampstandpress.com and tell them you are ready to be permissioned for the Loom 3.
